Paid Feature Activation

In addition to subscribing to a team plan, Cregis also supports feature-based expansion. Below are the individually purchasable features and the activation steps.

1. Increase Wallet Count

Expanding the number of wallets allows users to flexibly manage different assets separately, enabling better organization and control of various cryptocurrencies. This is particularly useful for enterprises or individuals managing large digital asset portfolios.

To expand, go to Subscription Details, locate the wallet category you wish to expand, and click "Expand".

A pop-up window will appear showing the associated cost—wallet expansion is $99 per wallet. Select the number of additional wallets you need and submit the order. Once payment is complete, your wallet count will be successfully expanded.

2. Token Listing Application

Apply to list new tokens on the platform. Once a token is successfully listed, only the team that submitted the application can trade that token.

Your current team plan includes a number of free listing attempts. These attempts do not expire—meaning renewing your plan will not grant additional free attempts. Once your free attempts are used up, each additional token listing application costs $350.

To apply, go to your Team Account page, locate your wallet usage section, and click "Apply". Before applying, please ensure you have a free attempt remaining or sufficient balance in your team account.

A pop-up window will appear on the left—fill in your token listing information and submit the application. Once submitted, we will review and list the token within 2–3 business days. 3. Expand Withdrawal Limit

Each team plan comes with a monthly withdrawal limit that resets each month. Collection transactions and team account top-ups do not count toward this limit. Withdrawals that exceed the limit are subject to outbound transfer overage charge based on the excess amount. Businesses can expand their withdrawal limit according to their transaction volume to reduce excess service fees.

To expand, find the "Expand" button in your Subscription Details and click it.

A pop-up window will appear showing four expansion packages. Select the package that suits your needs and submit the order. Once payment is complete, your withdrawal limit will be successfully expanded.

Please note that the expanded portion is permanent. Withdrawals will优先 consume the quota included in your team plan first.

4. Increase WaaS Sub-Address Count

This feature allows clients—such as exchanges—to increase the maximum number of wallet addresses that can be created via API. As your user base grows, you may need to generate more wallet addresses to accommodate new users and transactions. Raising this limit enables your business to scale without being restricted by address creation caps.

To upgrade, go to your Team Account page, locate your WaaS section, and click "Upgrade".

A pop-up window will appear displaying the available upgrade options. Select the number of addresses and subscription duration that fit your needs, then submit the order. Once payment is complete, your sub-address limit will be successfully upgraded.

5. Increase Policy Count

Adding more automated risk management policies allows users to implement complex financial rules—such as approval workflows—improving the efficiency and accuracy of managing large asset portfolios while reducing manual intervention.

To expand, go to your Team Account page, locate your policy usage section, and click "Expand".

A pop-up window will appear—each additional policy costs $19. Set the number of policies you wish to add and submit the order. Once payment is complete, your policy count will be successfully expanded.

6. Activate Auto-Collection / Auto-Signature

Automating the collection and signature process saves time, reduces human error, and makes asset management more efficient and secure. This feature is particularly valuable for businesses handling high transaction volumes, ensuring faster and more reliable operations.

If your current team plan does not include this feature, you can activate it for an additional $500 per month.

To activate, go to your Team Account page, locate this feature, and click "Activate".

A pop-up window will appear—select the activation duration you need and submit the order. Once payment is complete, you can begin using the automated features.
