Cregis Update Notification - Version [V3.5.0]

Dear Cregis User,

We are pleased to announce that the latest version of Cregis, V3.5.0, will be released on September 21, 2025, 07:00 – 08:00 (UTC+8). This is a mandatory update. During the system maintenance period, services including login, transfers, API access, payment acceptance, and others will be temporarily unavailable. Deposits may experience delays, and settlement processing will resume after maintenance concludes. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly advise you to adjust your operations in advance and upgrade to the new version and adjust relevant permissions promptly after maintenance. To minimize disruption, please review the following product logic changes and make the necessary preparations in advance:

1. [Team Activity] Pending payment requests

   1. Any unprocessed payment requests will be automatically rejected during the update.

2. [WaaS] Payout wallet settings

   1. If the “Payment Wallet” is not configured, or if the required token/ network is not added to the payout wallet, related payout requests will be automatically rejected during the update. This will also affect subsequent payout requests.

3. [Policy] Transactions linked to deleted policies

   1. For these transactions, the “Triggering Policy” information will no longer be displayed in the transaction details. If you require this data, please contact the Cregis support team directly.
