## **有订单尚未支付无法提交新订单**

遇上此情况你可以看到以下的错误码画面，你可以取消原来的订单再提交新订单。

请到账户的订单页面，账单状态将显示为“待支付”，您可以点击账单进入详情页面。如果确认取消账单，点击“取消订单”。

弹出窗口会询问您是否确认取消此订单，点击“确认”后，订单将成功取消，您可以重新到账户信息页面提交新订单。
