您可以在團隊帳戶介面查看您的團隊方案，在此頁面，您可以查看訂閱詳情、當前方案的權益以及訂閱的到期日期。

## **升級團隊版本**

在訂閱明細頁面點擊「升級」

視窗會彈出顯示Cregis提供的升級方案，確定方案後，您可以點擊該方案中的「升級」按鈕。

接下來選擇購買時長，選擇完成後便會顯示總費用。

點擊「提交訂單」後，將產生一個帶有訂單號的訂單，餘額不足時可立即充值，足夠時則可直接進行支付完成訂單。

## **為訂閱項目續費**

### **自動續費**

為避免影響日後運作，我們建議可以開啟自動續費。用戶只需到帳戶頁面的右上方點擊開啟，驗證後便會成功。

自動續費開通後，系統會在套餐到期前一天續費，如團隊帳戶餘額不足，系統會自動發送郵件提醒，並且會在當日繼續嘗試扣款。若扣款日的22時 (UTC+8)都仍未扣款成功，系統將會停止自動續費，並會以郵件通知用戶自動續費失敗，在訂閱項目到期前3天系統並會提醒用戶充值或保持餘額充足。

### **手動續費**

手動續費可直接在訂閱明細找到相應的訂閱項目進行操作
