## 有訂單尚未支付無法提交新訂單

遇上此情況你可以看到以下的錯誤碼畫面，你可以取消原來的訂單再提交新訂單。

請到帳戶的訂單頁面，帳單狀態將顯示為“待支付”，您可以點擊帳單進入詳情頁面。如果確認取消帳單，點擊“取消訂單”。

彈出窗口會詢問您是否確認取消此訂單，點擊“確認”後，訂單將成功取消，您可以重新到帳戶信息頁面提交新訂單。
