# 查詢訂單相關記錄

## 訂單記錄

1. 如需查閱訂單記錄，可在支付引擎內的「支付記錄」查閱。

## 結算記錄

1. 如需查閱結算記錄，可在支付引擎內的「結算記錄」查閱。

## 異常支付單記錄

1. 如支付在訂單邏輯以外，異常支付單可在支付引擎內的「異常支付單記錄」查閱。

2. 點擊記錄可查看異常支付詳情

3. 右上方的圖標可導出結算記錄

4. 商家可透過 Cregis 用戶端，點選「轉帳」按鈕，自行轉帳支付異常支付單款項。

5. 轉帳幣種選擇： 您可以選擇已配置的結算貨幣（設定 → 支付幣種及結算）或同一鏈上的相同幣種。

6. 接收方：若轉帳幣種為已配置的結算幣種，接收方將自動使用您配置的結算地址。對於其他幣種，可手動輸入接收方

7. 備註：您可添加有關轉帳的備註信息。此備註會被保存，並可在異常支付單詳情頁面（如步驟 2 所示）查看。

8. 手續費率：若 Cregis 團隊已為您的項目分配費率，該費率將適用於所有幣種；否則，默認費率為 1%。\

   最低收單手續費：若轉帳幣種與您配置的結算幣種相同，最低收單手續費將反映於「設定 → 支付幣種及結算」中的結算幣種內。若 Cregis 團隊已為您的免除最低收單手續費，此處亦將免除。否則，最低收單手續費將根據下表。對於未列出的幣種，將使用 1 美元等值（透過 CoinMarketCap 即時匯率計算）。<br>
