# 私隱政策及個人資料收集聲明

1. **收集目的**

由 Cregis（在本「私隱」部分中稱為「本公司」、「我們的」或「我們」）收集、使用及持有的個人資料，可能用於以下目的：(a) 處理您的服務請求、付款指示以及由第三方付款人作出的付款；(b) 處理相關服務；(c) 與您聯絡；及 (d) 滿足相關法律或監管機構的披露要求。

2. **受讓人類別**

為達致上述目的，我們可能會將您的全部或部分個人資料披露予第三方（在您所在地區之內或之外），包括但不限於以下第三方：(a) 第三方服務供應商（包括但不限於保險公司、銀行、律師、核數師/會計師，以及為我們提供行政、電腦、付款或其他服務以使我們能夠營運業務的其他第三方服務供應商或支付機構）；(b) 專業顧問；(c) 監管及政府機構；(d) 執法機構；(e) 審裁處/法院。我們可能會在與另一家公司進行影響我們全部或大部分業務的控制權、管治、結構及/或管理的交易時，或在為滿足適用的法律或監管要求而必須的情況下，轉移您的個人資料。然而，未經您的同意，我們不會將您的個人資料披露予任何其他第三方作直接促銷之用。

3. **未能提供個人資料的後果**

除非我們另有說明，否則您必須提供我們所要求的個人資料。如果未能提供任何該等個人資料，我們可能無法向您提供服務或執行上述第 1 節所述的目的。

4. **查閱及更正權利**

根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（下稱「該條例」），您有權要求查閱及更正您向我們提供的任何個人資料。您可透過書面形式電郵至 <support@cregis.com>，向我們的資料保護主任（Data Protection Officer）提出有關要求。根據該條例，我們有權就處理任何查閱個人資料的要求收取合理費用。
