Thank you for choosing Cregis wallet service. Optimal shield wallet users in the use of optimal shield (hereinafter referred to as the "best shield" or "the software"), please read the "optimal shield" and later noted that the agreement, in particular the provisions of this agreement "liability and limitation of liability" and other terms will be reflected in the form of a bold, make sure you fully understand the terms of the provisions of this agreement, and independent considering risk.

Ⅰ. confirmation and acceptance of this agreement

1. If you download the Cregis wallet software and create or import the wallet, you shall be deemed to have read and accepted all terms hereof. This agreement shall take effect immediately and be binding on both parties.

2. If we modify this agreement, we will publish it in advance through our website. The modified agreement will take effect 30 days after expiration. If both parties reach an agreement through negotiation, the relevant services and the corresponding agreement may be changed separately.

3. If you are under the age of 18, or a person without or with limited capacity for civil conduct, please use Cregis under the guidance of your parents or guardian. You are required to comply with the laws of the country or territory to which you belong, and you are required to confirm that entering into and performing this agreement does not violate the laws or regulations of the country or territory to which you belong, live or conduct business or other business.

Ⅱ. Relevant definitions of Cregis wallet

1. Cregis wallet: a multi-currency digital asset management software developed based on blockchain technology.

2. User: the user must be a natural person with full civil capacity;

3. Create or import wallet: new wallet address will be automatically created and generated when users register for use. At present, Cregis wallet does not support the import of other external wallets. If forced import, the user shall be responsible for the loss of assets.

4. Wallet password: refers to the password you fill in when creating Cregis wallet, which is prompted by the software operation interface. The password is used for payment confirmation.

5. Private key: composed of 256 random characters, it is the core of digital currency owned and used by users.

6. Public key: the private key is generated by one-way derivation with the help of cryptography principle and used to generate the block chain digital wallet address, which is the public collection address.

7. Team: It is the organizational unit for user collaboration. Wallets, projects, approval processes, and applications are all based on the scope of the team.

8. Projects: Users can perform project-based differentiated management in the same wallet according to their business needs, and projects support the use scenario of access application extension assets.

9. Approval flow: Users can set trigger conditions. If the condition meets the trigger conditions, the current request will be approved and confirmed by relevant personnel, and the request will take effect only after passing. Each node and trigger condition of the approval can be defined by users with relevant permissions.

10. Application: An application service are developed by a third-party organization or company independent of Cregis, the specific service content is defined by the third party, and the third-party application service provider shall take full responsibility.

11. MPC sharding: MPC sharding is a technical solution for Cregis to manage the private key of each wallet. Based on the open source and audited encryption algorithm, Cregis splits the private key of the wallet into multiple shards, and each shard is only a part of the original private key. In Cregis's product system, the key generation and assembly of fragments are carried out in the TEE isolated memory environment, and the original private key will not appear during the assembly process.

Ⅲ. Cregis wallet service content

Cregis wallet is our payment service for non-financial institutions based on blockchain technology. You can receive and pay through Cregis wallet.

The service functions are as follows:

1. Create or import wallet: for the digital currency supported by Cregis, you can use Cregis to generate new wallet or import compatible wallet generated by other wallet tools of relevant blockchain system.

2. Transfer and collection: you can use the transfer and collection functions of Cregis to manage digital currency, that is, use the MPC shading to sign electronically and modify the ledger of the relevant blockchain. Transfer means that the payer USES the block chain address of the receiver to conduct transfer operation, and the actual transfer and collection are all happening in the relevant block chain system (instead of Cregis).

3. Transaction records: we will copy all or part of your transaction records through the block chain system. However, the transaction record is subject to the record of the block chain system.

4. Suspension of service: you are aware of the "irrevocable" nature of transactions based on the block chain system. We cannot suspend or cancel the operation of transfer transactions for you, but under certain circumstances, we can suspend or restrict the operation of a user on the Cregis software.

5. Collaborate to manage assets through the team, and divide of labor through authority management.

6. Users with authority can create the approval flow. The approval flow means that when the transaction meets the set conditions, before the transaction start, it needs to follow the set approval nodes. The personnel of each node complete the confirmation in turn, and finally the transaction can take effect and be signed, after that the transaction will be sent to the blockchain.

7. Applications are the Web3 applications developed by relevant developers. Cregis supports users to directly use designated applications on the Cregis client through account authorization and interface access. The functions, responsibilities of these applications and Cregis are independent of each other, and the final interpretation right belongs to the developers of the specific applications.

8. Projects are created based on wallets or applications. Users can further divide and manage business based on projects, so that the accounts, data, and approvals can be independently distinguished from each other.

Ⅳ. Precautions for using Cregis wallet service

To effectively protect your legitimate rights and interests when using our services, we remind you to pay attention to the following:

(ⅰ) we may suspend or terminate the services provided to your account if:

1. You have violated the provisions of laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement

2. According to relevant laws and regulations or the requirements of the competent authorities

3. If there is an exception in your user identity or account operation, capital flow, etc

4. When your user id or account may be at risk

5. You may operate the user id or account of others by mistake

(ⅱ) service rules of Cregis

1. The amount of receipt and payment available to you may vary according to the amount control and risk control when you use the payment service, and the specific amount can be set by the exchange itself.

2. You agree that the user id or account use record and transaction data are subject to our system records. If you have any objection to such data, you can timely put forward to us, and we will actively verify it according to the relevant evidence provided by you.

3. We will send notices to you by way of website announcement, E-mail, phone call, short message, and client notification. For example, we will inform you of the progress of the transaction or prompt you to carry out relevant operations

4. You should bear the risks of depreciation, exchange rate fluctuation and income loss of digital currency during your use of our services.

(ⅲ) our commitments and statements

1. Cregis wallet is not a bank. The fund transfer involved in this agreement is realized through blockchain technology.

2. We will conduct management in strict accordance with laws and regulations or regulatory requirements of competent authorities.

(ⅳ) trading risk warning

When using our services, we have the right to refuse to provide services to you and the trading party if you or your trading party do not comply with this agreement or the instructions, trading and payment pages of the relevant websites, and we are free from liability for damages.

(ⅴ) service fees

When you use our services, we have the right to charge you the service fees in accordance with the "Cregis service charging rules". We have the right to formulate and adjust the service fee, which shall be subject to the announcement of the fee method listed on the website or product page of Cregis or other written agreement between you and us when you use our services.

Ⅴ. user's commitment to legally use Cregis services

1. You are required to abide by relevant laws and regulations and laws and regulations of the countries or regions where you belong, live or conduct business activities or other businesses. You are not allowed to use our services for illegal purposes (including the trading of prohibited or restricted items) or use our services in illegal ways.

2. You are not allowed to use our services to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others or violate national laws and regulations. Otherwise, we have the right to conduct investigation or stop providing the services.

3. The situations where 1 and 2 above apply include but are not limited to:

(1) infringe others' right of reputation, right of privacy, trade secret, trademark right, copyright, patent right and other legitimate rights and interests;

(2) breach of confidentiality obligation;

(3) engaging in illegal transactions, such as money laundering, terrorist financing, gambling, selling guns, drugs, banned drugs, pirated software, pornographic materials, and other items that we think are not allowed to use our services for transactions;

(4) provide gambling information or in any way induce others to participate in gambling;

(5) conduct transactions that are inconsistent with the transaction contents declared by you or the trading party, or transactions that are not true;

(6) engage in activities that may infringe upon our service system and data.

4. The account is for personal use only. You should fully understand and clearly understand the relevant legal responsibilities and disciplinary measures for renting, lending, selling and buying the account, and promise to open and use the account in accordance with laws and regulations.

5. You understand that our services depend on the accurate operation and operation of the system. You agree that we may take appropriate corrective actions such as correction of errors, deduction of payments, etc., in the event of system errors, failures, improper profits made by you or us.

6, you may not to reverse engineering method on our systems and procedures for cracked and not to the systems and procedures (including but not limited to, source code, object program, technical documents, the client to the server, server data) to copy, modify, compile, consolidation or tampered with, shall not be modified or increase or decrease the function of our system.

Ⅶ. Force majeure, disclaimer and limitation of liability

(ⅰ) disclaimer clause

Cregis will take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information in order to avoid disclosure, tampering or damage of the information. The system USES wireless data transmission, so the privacy and security of data transmission through wireless network cannot be guaranteed.

We are not liable for any of the following reasons:

1. Our system is down for maintenance or upgrade;

2. Force majeure such as typhoon, earthquake, flood, lightning or terrorist attack;

3. Your computer hardware and software, communication line and power supply line fail;

4. You use our services improperly or in a way that is not authorized or approved by us;

5. Due to virus, Trojan horse, malicious program attack, network congestion, system instability, system or equipment failure, communication failure, power failure, banking problem, third-party service defect or government behavior, etc.

6. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, we will take reasonable actions to actively promote the return of services to normal.

(ⅱ) Limitation of liability

We may provide services to you and your counterparties at the same time, and you agree to expressly waive any actual or potential conflicts of interest that we may have, and not to assert that we are legally deficient in the provision of services.

Ⅷ.Supporting rules and agreements

In order to make better use of the services of Cregis, you need to read and abide by the user registration agreement of Cregis wallet and other rules published by Cregis website. Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the terms, especially the terms that exempt or restrict the liability of the service provider. If part of the foregoing agreement or rule is held to be invalid, the validity of other contents shall not be affected.

Ⅸ.Protection of intellectual property rights

1. we and associated company's system and optimal shield web site content, including but not limited to, books, pictures, files, information, materials, website structure, arrangement of the website picture, web design, both by us or associated company owns the intellectual property rights according to law, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyright, trade secrets, etc.

2. Do not use, modify, reverse compile, copy, publicly disseminate, change, distribute, distribute or publicly publish the program or content of Cregis website without the written consent of us or our affiliates.

3. It is your obligation to respect intellectual property rights. In case of any violation, you shall be liable for damages.

Ⅹ.Application and jurisdiction of law

The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall be under the jurisdiction of the people's court of the place where the defendant has his domicile.

Ⅺ. Miscellaneous

Any translation of this policy is provided only for the convenience of the user and is not intended to modify the terms of this policy. In case of any conflict between the Chinese version and the non-chinese version of this policy, the Chinese version shall prevail.

For matters not covered in this policy, you are required to abide by the notice and relevant rules updated by Cregis from time to time.
