Click the icon with a lock.
After clicking the freeze card icon, you'll be asked to double confirm. Please click "Confirm"
Before freezing the card, you need to authenticate first, then click "Confirm"
After freezing your card on the dashboard, you'll then receive an email notification and in-app notification that your card has been frozen. You'll also be able to see the tips on your dashboard to remind you to unfreeze the card before using it.
After logging into your Cregis Card dashboard, please click the icon with a lock.
After clicking the icon, you'll be asked to double confirm. Please click "Confirm"
Before unfreezing the card, you need to authenticate first, then click "Confirm".
As soon as you've inputted your password, click "unfreeze card" and the card should be unfrozen.
