View your team plan
Your team plan details are available in the Team Account interface. On this page, you can review your subscription information, the benefits of your current plan, and the subscription expiry date.

Upgrade your team plan
Click "Upgrade" on the Subscription Details page.

A pop-up window will display the upgrade options provided by Cregis. Once you've decided on a plan, click the "Upgrade" button within that option.

Next, select the subscription duration. The total cost will be displayed once you've made your selection.

Click "Submit Order" to generate an order with a unique order number. If your balance is insufficient, you can top up immediately. If your balance is sufficient, you can proceed directly to payment to complete the order.

Renew your team plan
Auto Renewal
To avoid any disruption to your daily operations, we recommend enabling auto-renewal.
Simply toggle on auto-renewal at the top right corner of your account page and verify the action to activate it successfully.
Once auto-renewal is enabled, the system will automatically renew your plan one day before it expires. If your team account balance is insufficient, the system will:
Send an auto-renewal reminder email
Continue attempting to charge throughout the day
If the charge is still unsuccessful by 22:00 (UTC+8) on the charge date, the system will cancel auto-renewal and notify you via email. Additionally, the system will send reminders 3 days before your subscription expires, prompting you to top up or maintain a sufficient balance.


Manual Renewal
For manual renewal, simply locate the corresponding subscription item in your Subscription Details and click to proceed.

After clicking, you'll be directed to the Subscription Management page. From there, click "Renew" on the corresponding subscription item.

Select the number of months you wish to renew for and submit your order.

Once submitted, an order will be generated. Click "Pay Now" to complete the payment. Please ensure your account balance is sufficient. Refer to the "Recharge Your Account" guide for instructions on adding funds.
